Rodgers relaxed on Suarez

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has said that he is relaxed regarding Luis Suarez’s contact situation, according to Sky Sports.

The Uruguay international has two-and-a-half years remaining on his current deal, and the club are keen on securing his services for an extended period.

Managing director Ian Ayre flew to Barcelona to open talks with the striker’s agent Pere Guardiola on Wednesday.

Elsewhere, MK Dons are set to make a loan move for Liverpol’s Michael Ngoo when the transfer window reopens next month, according to the Mail Online.

The England U20 international had a relatively unsuccessful loan spell with Yeovil Town earlier this season, where he failed to score in six appearances.
