Liverpool lining up move for Turan?
Liverpool have been linked with a £20 million move for Atletico Madrid winger Arda Turan, after is believed that Berndon Rodgers has been promised the funds to improve his squad in the summer.
The 26 year old has represented the Turkish national side at every level, and has made 62 full international appearances, scoring thirteen goals.
Turan has made 21 appearances for Atletico this season, and has scored four goals which has helped them to second place in La Liga, four points ahead of rivals Real with fifteen games to play.
Meanwhile, former Wimbledon player and ESPN pundit Robbie Earle has hailed praise on West Bromwich Albion striker Romelu Lukaku, saying he would be the ‘perfect complement’ to the Reds side.
The Belgian striker, who sealed victory for West Brom at Anfield on Monday evening, is currently on loan from Chelsea, and looks set to be transferred in the summer.
Elsewhere, the club have taken goalkeeper Kevin Ray Mendoza Hansen on trial from Danish 1st Division side Viborg.
The 18 year, who old has made just one appearance in the league this season, is set to spend a week with Liverpool’s reserve side, under the watchful eyes of the clubs coaching staff.
