Sterling keen to repay Rodgers’ faith
Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling is keen to repay the faith shown in him by manager Brendan Rodgers, according to Sky Sports.
The 19 year old is currently enjoying his best spell in his short career so far – starting the club’s last ten consecutive games and scoring three times.
He is keen to continue his good form as the Merseyside club look to break into the top four for the first time in five seasons.
The former Queens Park Rangers youngster is also pushing for an international recall ahead of the World Cup finals in Brazil, where he has been tipped to feature in the absence of Theo Walcott.
